So the food I cannot fault. The woman who served us I cannot fault. The men who served us were rude and made us feel really unwelcome. It started when the woman dropped our loaded chips on the floor, which in itself was not a problem at all, mistakes happen, happy she didn't burn herself. She offered us a round of drinks which we declined because we had to get up early (and we had already waited 40 mins for food). We said to the man who came up next could we get a refund on the chips and he said you either eat them or don't eat them and get your money back. Again, okay fine no need to he aggressive. We then ate our food and enquired where our mac and cheese was (ordered the same time as our original food) and we kept getting told soon soon. 20 mins later still no mac and cheese, so I said we have early work tomorrow can we cancel. This guy (different) was incredibly rude and said it was cooking so we had to have it. I argued even despite of the chip thing it was still 20-30 mins behind the original order which was unacceptable. He stormed off and came back a little while later and literally slammed the money on our table. From then on we did not feel welcome, no one checked on us and we could see him angrily talking to the other staff about us. Such a shame when the food was so good and the woman who served us originally so nice. Would be much higher rated had the staff not been so aggressive, really disappointed.

Excellent food with fantastic service! Everything we ordered tasted delicious, and the atmosphere was nice and chilled. The servers were great helping out with requests (We had allergies on our table), and went through the menu with us. Really great vibe - 10/10 will return!
Prob me and my gf's favorite restaurant in London. Chicken sandwich is delicious. Seasoned great and just overall well made. The waffle one is my favorite. Vibe is great they play classic r&b and hip hop. Drinks are great as well. Small and intimate, great for a late date night.
