Really disappointed with Carl Spectre, their communication skills are beyond a joke. 5 months into the tenancy and they still have not emailed me all the appropriate paperwork including the deposit protection, tenancy agreement etc. I have no idea who my house is rented to even though they were employed on a tenant find only basis and not fully managed. Tried chasing them continuously with no response over the past 5 months. Sent in my first official written complaint last week, but guess what STILL NO RESPONSE! I would avoid these agents at all costs, take your property to a better agent
My experience with Carl Specter was just fantastic!! We had our property on the market with Carl for rent the process was very quickly and smooth. Carl and his team did an outstanding job letting my property within a few days. Good quality tenants who loved our little 2 bed flat and I am sure they will stay for a few years.Well done on securing a two years tenancy for us.
