Bad experience, cannot get a simple appointments
I ordered my repeat proscription on line on 09 sep 2018 & they got it ready on the 15th sep 2018. Also, they have very poor & inexperienced receptionists. When I called about my proscription a young probably teenage & novice lady said mine is waiting to be signed. She was in a hurry not professional at all.Then I called the next day another receptionist told me it is not printed out let alone ready to be signed.I had many bad experiences, this is just one of the recent ones.The worst GP I have ever come accross.. ..
I registered over 15 years ago and never had a problem. Don't understand all the bad reviews.
I went with my friend who was in the hospital last weekend very delicate. She wanted to see the doctor urgent and the answer about it from the receptionist was : The doctor will call you later to sort the problem.I don't understand how the government spend the money in this kind of GP.Always you're attend by phone when you need to see the doctor.
It's not always been good at the corner but then I didn't realise much until I needed regular care for something. The quality from Dr Klein and in my case the female doctors for personal reasons has been very good. I've really appreciated how much they do and how they try they're best. The surgery gets better in the range of services they offer and caring for the community.
