Of all the bike shops i have ever visited i can honestly say this has shown hands down the best customer service. The owner is so freindly and will happily go above and beyond the call of duty to help his customers. Good value also. But 11/10 service.

At Harbour Cycles I found the perfect bike for me. Brent asked clear questions about what I was looking for and suggested a refurbished Fairdale Weekender that suited my needs exactly. It was a bit over my budget, but in amazing condition, barely ridden and fixed up by Brent who clearly knows what he's doing. After a test spin I took a coffee break to do a bit of research on the model and think about going over my budget. In the end I decided to go with it. The bike was a great price and a good deal from every angle I looked at it. Brent even threw in mudguards for my ride home in the rain, and a banana. I feel really great about the bike, the service and the expertise I received, and I look forward to going back in 6 weeks for Brent to check up on things.
Super friendly and amazing service! My wheel got stolen and I came here for a replacement, he not only gave me a heavily discounted price on some parts but also chucked in a disk brake for free to soften the blow. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Ive had two bikes from here and the service has been absolutely fantastic. Brenton had refurbished the first bike I bought and done a really, really good job. SO good and desireable was the bike after hed finished it that someone liked it so much they stole it. And so I went back for my second bike. Same great service and another great bike, and some sympathy thrown in for the loss of the original. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Go buy a bike from Brenton, hes very kind and hes got a good dog too.
